Mega security for Abramovich motoryacht
Missile detection systems and armour plate are among security measures incorporated into the design of a giant new motoryacht being built in Germany. The £200 million yacht, to be named Eclipse, is being built by Blohm & Voss for Chelsea FC chairman Roman Abramovich.

Bullet-proof windows will be fitted to the 167m (548ft) long vessel, which will be the world's largest motoryacht, and it will carry a mini-submarine which can be launched underwater. Eclipse will have two helicopter pads, while several high-spec motoryachts, used as tenders will be accommodated in a floodable stern dock.

Although former special forces personnel will be recruited to form part of the 70-strong crew, maritime law prohibits non-naval vessels from carrying firearms.
